Class Descriptions

Children’s Classes - These classes are for children 6 to 13 years old. The children work on stances, techniques, forms and sparring as well as the history of Kung Fu and Chinese vocabulary. The classes quickly build self confidence and self esteem, and promote self discipline in children of all ages.

Adult Classes - The adult classes are similar to the children’s class. They work on the same physical training as the children, but use a slightly different method. Adults can work harder on the physical training since they have more control over their bodies. In addition, the adults learn a more extensive history than the children, and also work more on controlling their chi. The classes also improve the self esteem and self confidence of the adults.

Tiny Tot Class - This class offering is for children ages 3, 4 and 5. This class promotes balance and coordination while learning the basics of the martial arts. The class is relaxed and designed for the children to have a good time while learning good physical fitness habits.

Chi Gung - This class offering is for children ages 3, 4 and 5. This class promotes balance and coordination while learning the basics of the martial arts. The class is relaxed and designed for the children to have a good time while learning good physical fitness habits.

Private Lessons / Seminars - Available to both members and non-members. Private Lessons are scheduled directly with the instructor and are available any day.
